Your options for resolving your cases through this site are as follows:
MANDATORY DRIVING SAFETY COURSE (DSC)
Below are the requirements for requesting Mandatory DSC:
- Have not completed a driving safety course or motorcycle operating training course to dismiss a citation within the 12 months prior to the date of the citation
- You must plead Guilty or No Contest
- You must make the request on or before 14 days from the date of the citation
- You must hold a valid Texas driver’s license (DL) or active Military ID with license from issuing state
- You must provide current proof of automobile insurance
- You must be able to pay the court costs and non-refundable administrative fee
You do not qualify if:
- You have a CDL license
- Your violation is in a construction zone with workers present
- Your speed is not 25 mph or more nor 95 mph or greater
- If you do not qualify for DSC, you may still request deferred disposition.

DEFERRED DISPOSITION (PROBATION)
You may request deferred disposition prior to the trial of your case.
- You must enter a plea of guilty or no contest and waive your right to a jury trial to be considered for deferred disposition,
- You must not have a CDL or have had one at the time of the citation, or
- The violation must not have been in a construction zone with workers present

PAYING A CITATION
You may make payments for any of the cases below:
- Deferred Disposition Order (probation cases); (paying online does not constitute a request for deferred. You must still request deferred disposition)
- Show Cause Hearings, paying in full will constitute a waiver of your hearing and a judgment and conviction will be entered;
- Judgment(s);
- Payment Plans or Community Service Order
- Any new citation: Payment on a new citation without appearing to court will result in a plea of no contest and judgment and conviction on your record. The conviction will be reported to DPS if applicable.
You may NOT make payments for the following cases:
- Juvenile cases: if you are a juvenile and received a citation you must appear in person with your parent(s) or guardian for your case; or
- Assault family violence: if you are charged with a family violence case you must appear in person for this case
- If you have an alcohol related offense and are under the age of 21 years.
